- 5 business days, Registered Air Mail: 5 - 14 business days
(US & European countries); 9 - 16 business days (Remote
Areas). Hong Kong local customers should receive their

Return and Exchange |

returnable and exchangeable if it is reported defective
within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the parcel. Please

Parcel Damaged by Freight |
| We make every
effort to ensure that your order is packed and delivered in
a safe manner. Please review the shipment thoroughly upon
receipt. If in any case the parcel was damaged or unsealed,
please make a clear note on the delivery receipt before sign
and make all claims with the courier directly. Failure to
make such claim will result in denial of claim. |
